A letter from Therese Hoyle, Circle Time

Dear Mike and Team,

Thank you so much for my time in Caversham recently. It was a real pleasure working with the team and i left with the impression that Caversham is a school with a BIG HEART. The teachers have very positive relationships with one another and there is a high level of teacher student relationship. the teachers care deeply about the children's wellbeing and learning and work incredibly hard to ensure that there is a high degree of child emotional safety, which in terms reflects in the children's learning.

the teachers are a hugely committed team and i would have to say work well above and beyond the call of duty. this is a very unique small school and i believe you are all doing an amazing job, please celelbreate your successes and be proud of your differences.
